90A Risk-assessment management plan—availability The commissioner must not make a risk-assessment management plan, or an approved risk-assessment management plan, for licensed premises or permitted premises available to anyone, other than the licensee or permit-holder, unless required to do so by this Act or another law in force in the Territory.
