69ANon-suitability—criminal activity

69A Non-suitability—criminal activity (1) This section applies to a person if— (a) the person was involved with a licence or permit; and (b) a cancellation order for the licence or permit was made under part 11B (Cancellation of licence or permit for criminal activity); and criminal activity of the person. (2) The person is taken not to be a suitable person to hold a licence or permit for a period of 5 years after the order was made unless the order is sooner revoked under section 187K.
