63 Permit—replacing when lost, stolen or destroyed (1) The commissioner may issue a replacement permit to a permit-holder if satisfied that the permit-holder’s original permit has been lost, stolen or destroyed. (2) For subsection (1), the commissioner may require the permit-holder to give the commissioner a statement verifying that the original permit has been lost, stolen or destroyed.
