44 Licence—replacing when lost, stolen or destroyed (1) The commissioner may issue a replacement licence to a licensee if satisfied that the licensee’s original licence has been lost, stolen or destroyed. (2) For subsection (1), the commissioner may require the licensee to give the commissioner a statement verifying that the original licence has been lost, stolen or destroyed.
