208 Offence—fail to comply with police officer’s request for identification document (a) a police officer asks the person to show the officer an identification document under section 207; and (b) the person— (i) fails to comply with the request; or (ii) shows the police officer a false identification document. (3) This section does not apply if the police officer fails to comply with section 207 (2).
