198 Alcohol-free places (1) A regulation may prescribe a place to be a place where liquor and low-alcohol liquor must not be consumed (a permanent alcohol-free place). (2) The commissioner may declare a public place to be a place where liquor and low-alcohol liquor must not be consumed for a stated period not longer than 1 month (a temporary alcohol-free place). (3) A declaration is a notifiable instrument.
