195Licence and permit register

195 Licence and permit register (1) The commissioner must keep a register of licences and permits (the licence and permit register). (2) The register may include licence and permit information given to the commissioner under this Act. (3) The register may be kept in any form, including electronically, that the commissioner decides. (4) The register may be kept in 1 or more parts, as the commissioner considers appropriate. (5) The commissioner must make information in the register available for public inspection. the register may be available on a website (6) This section is subject to section 196.
