187K Cancellation order—revocation The ACAT may revoke a cancellation order for a licence or permit if satisfied that, as a result of a change in circumstances— (a) for a licence—the person who held the licence is no longer engaged in criminal activity that would, if the person were a licensee, present an unacceptable risk to community safety; and (b) for a permit—the person who was the permit-holder is no longer engaged in criminal activity that would, if the person were a permit-holder, present an unacceptable risk to community safety.
