187I Application for cancellation order (1) The chief police officer may apply to the ACAT for a cancellation order for a licence or permit. (2) At least 2 days before applying for the cancellation order, the chief police officer must notify the commissioner of the chief police officer’s intention to apply for the order. (3) The chief police officer must give a copy of the application to— (a) for a cancellation order for a licence—the licensee; and (b) for a cancellation order for a permit—the permit-holder.
