182A Meaning of person of concern—div 11.3 person of concern—a person is a person of concern if— (a) the person is subject to a cancellation order made under part 11B (Cancellation of licence or permit for criminal activity); and
(b) the cancellation order was made on the basis, or partly on the basis, of the criminal activity of the person.
