148 Offence—fail to comply with emergency closure order (a) the person is— (i) a licensee; or (ii) a permit-holder; and (b) an emergency closure order is in force for the person; and (c) the person fails to comply with the emergency closure order. Maximum penalty units: 50 penalty units.
