143G Offence—excluded person on premises contrary to exclusion order (a) is subject to an exclusion order in relation to licensed premises; and (b) enters or remains on the premises; and (c) is reckless about whether the premises are licensed premises that the person may not enter or remain on under the exclusion order. (2) This section does not apply if the person has a reasonable excuse.
