142 Offence—fail to keep records in required way (a) is a licensee or permit-holder; and (b) sells liquor; and (c) does not record the sale— (i) in electronic form; and (ii) in a way that is easily retrievable. (a) is a licensee or permit-holder; and
(b) sells liquor; and (c) makes a record of the sale; and (d) does not keep the record for at least 6 years.
