133 What is a breath testing machine?—div 8.7 breath testing machine means a machine that is— (a) designed to measure, by analysing a person’s breath, the concentration of alcohol present in the person’s blood; and (b) of a type specified in AS 3547-1997 (Breath Alcohol Testing Devices for Personal Use) as in force from time to time.
