13 Offence—fail to comply with condition of licence or (1) A licensee commits an offence if— (a) the licence is subject to a condition; and (b) the licensee fails to comply with the condition. (2) A permit-holder commits an offence if— (a) the permit is subject to a condition; and (b) the permit-holder fails to comply with the condition.
