#### 98 Work carried out on licensed premises 98 Work carried out on licensed premises > A person required or authorised to carry out work on licensed premises in accordance with an order or direction of a public authority and persons authorised by the person may, for the purpose of doing such things as are connected with preparing or tendering for, or carrying out and completing, the work to which the order or authorisation relates, enter and remain on the licensed premises at such times as are reasonably necessary for that purpose.
