90B Authority may set and change boundaries
> > (1) The boundaries of licensed premises must be specified by the Authority when the licence is granted.
>
> > (2) The boundaries of licensed premises may be changed by the Authority—
> >
> > > (a) on the Authority’s own initiative, or
> >
> > > (b) on application by—
> > >
> > > > (i) the owner of the premises, or
> > >
> > > > (ii) the licensee.
>
> > (3) An application under this section must be accompanied by—
> >
> > > (a) for a change of boundaries requiring planning approval—a copy of the approval and evidence the approval is in force, and
> >
> > > (b) for a change of boundaries that will apply to land owned by a person other than the applicant—evidence the person has given consent to the application.
>
> > (4) If a fee is prescribed by the regulations for a change of the boundaries of licensed premises, a change to the boundaries does not take effect until the fee is paid.
>
> > (5) Subsection (4) does not apply to a proposed change of boundaries—
> >
> > > (a) resulting from an exempt application, or
> >
> > > (b) referred to in section 90C(2)(b).

> > (6) The Authority must not specify or change the boundaries of licensed premises unless, in the Authority’s opinion, a primary purpose requirement under this Act in relation to the licensed premises is or will be complied with.
