#### 57 3 strikes scheme under Part 9A 57 3 strikes scheme under Part 9A > > (1) Any strike incurred under Part 9A of this Act and in force immediately before the substitution of that Part by the amending Act is revoked. > > > (2) However, the revocation of an existing strike by this clause does not affect the continued operation of any remedial action taken under Part 9A in respect of the strike before the commencement of this clause. Part 9A, as in force immediately before the substitution of that Part by the amending Act, continues to apply in relation to the taking of any such existing remedial action as if that Part had not been substituted by the amending Act. > > > (3) A strike may be imposed under Part 9A (as substituted by the amending Act) only in respect of offences committed after the commencement of that substitution.
