#### 56 Prescribed precincts 56 Prescribed precincts > > (1) Anything done under Division 3 of Part 6 of this Act (including, without limitation, any approval or order given or made under that Division) that, immediately before the repeal of that Division by the amending Act, had effect under that Division is taken to have been done, and to have effect, under Division 4 of Part 6 of this Act. > > > (2) Without limiting subclause (1), the Kings Cross precinct ID scanner system approved by the Secretary under Division 3 of Part 6 of this Act is, on the repeal of that Division by the amending Act, taken to have been approved by the Secretary under Division 4 of Part 6 of this Act as the prescribed precinct ID scanner system in respect of the Kings Cross precinct. > > > (3) This clause is subject to the regulations.
