47H Powers may also be exercised for authorisations
> The power of the Secretary to impose, vary or revoke a condition of a licence under this subdivision extends to a condition of an authorisation if—
>
> > (a) the authorisation is held in relation to the licence, and
>
> > (b) section 51 applies to the authorisation.
