47F Variation or revocation of licence conditions

47F Variation or revocation of licence conditions

(1) The Secretary may vary or revoke a condition of a licence at any time if—

(a) the condition has been imposed by the Secretary under this Act, or

(b) the condition is a relevant condition that has been imposed, or is taken to have been imposed—

(i) by the Authority, and

(2) The following conditions are relevant conditions—

(a) conditions relating to the trading hours of licensed premises,

(b) conditions relating to licensed premises situated wholly or partly in—

(i) a prescribed precinct, or

(ii) a precinct to which a precinct liquor accord applies, or

(iii) an area to which a community event liquor accord applies,
