47E Imposition of licence conditions
> > (1) The Secretary may impose conditions on a licence under this subdivision for the reasons, or in the circumstances, the Secretary considers necessary or appropriate.
>
> > (2) The Secretary must not impose a condition if the condition is inconsistent with a condition—
> >
> > > (a) imposed, or taken to be imposed, by the Authority, or
> >
> > > (b) imposed by this Act or the regulations.
>
> > (3) The conditions that may be imposed include the following—
> >
> > > (a) conditions prohibiting the sale or supply of liquor on the licensed premises before 10am or after 11pm, or both,
> >
> > > (b) conditions restricting the trading hours of, and public access to, the licensed premises,
> >
> > > (c) for licensed premises in a prescribed precinct—conditions of the kind imposed on a licence under section 116I.

> > (4) The Secretary must not impose a condition as a replacement for the following revoked conditions unless the Secretary is satisfied that the condition is necessary to mitigate the harm that may be caused by the revocation of the revoked condition—
> >
> > > (a) a relevant condition referred to in section 47F(2)(c)–(f) that is revoked under section 47F,
> >
> > > (b) a condition revoked under 47G.
