47C Basis for Secretary exercising functions

47C Basis for Secretary exercising functions

(1) The Secretary may exercise the Secretary’s function of imposing conditions under this subdivision—

(a) on the Secretary’s own initiative, or

(b) for a condition imposed under section 47E(3)(c)—only on application by the licensee.

(2) The Secretary may exercise the Secretary’s function of varying or revoking conditions under this subdivision—

(a) on the Secretary’s own initiative, or

(b) on application by—

(i) a licensee, or

(ii) the Commissioner of Police.
