#### 47 Granting of licence 47 Granting of licence > > (1) The regulations may prescribe, or provide for the determination of, a fee for the granting of a licence. If any such fee is prescribed or determined, the licence does not take effect unless the fee has been paid. > > > (2) The Authority may, in granting a licence, specify requirements that are to be complied with before the licence takes effect. The licence does not take effect until such time as any such requirements have been complied with. > > > (3) A licence is to be in the form approved by the Authority.
