21 Certain kinds of premises not to be licensed
> > (1) An on-premises licence must not be granted in respect of any premises if the premises—
> >
> > > (a) are used primarily for the purposes of carrying out a business or activity, or
> >
> > > (b) are of a kind of premises,

> > prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this section.
