#### 19 Club licence—general provisions 19 Club licence—general provisions > > (1) A club licence may only be granted to a club that— > > > > > (a) meets the requirements specified in section 10(1) of the [Registered Clubs Act 1976](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1976-031), and > > > > > (b) otherwise complies with the requirements of that Act. > > > (2) If a registered club owns or occupies more than one set of premises— > > > > > (a) each set of premises must be separately licensed under this Act, and > > > > > (b) the entity comprising the registered club is the licensee for each set of licensed premises. > > > (3) The regulations may create exceptions to this section.
