#### 154 Review of disqualification by Authority 154 Review of disqualification by Authority > > (1) A person may, in accordance with the regulations, apply to the Authority for removal of a disqualification of more than 3 years imposed by the Authority under section 141(2). > > > (2) The application may be made only after— > > > > > (a) any minimum period set by the Authority during which the application may not be made has expired, or > > > > > (b) if no minimum period has been set, the disqualification has been in force for 3 years. > > > (3) On application being made for the removal of a disqualification, the Authority may— > > > > > (a) remove the disqualification, or > > > > > (b) shorten the period of disqualification, or > > > > > (c) confirm the disqualification and set a minimum period during which a further application under this section may not be made.
