#### 133 Establishing local liquor accord 133 Establishing local liquor accord > > (1) Any 2 or more eligible parties (at least one of whom is a licensee) may enter into a local liquor accord. > > > (2) A local liquor accord must include— > > > > > (a) the names of the parties to the accord, and > > > > > (b) the name and address of the coordinator of the accord (being a party to the accord or the representative of a party), and > > > > > (c) the area to which the accord applies, and > > > > > (d) any other matter that may be prescribed by the regulations. > > > (3) The Secretary is to endeavour to ensure that local liquor accords are prepared for, and apply to, all areas of the State. > > **s 133:** Am 2014 No 76, Sch 1 \[63\]–\[66\].
