130O Listed live music and performance venues
> > (1) For this Act, a licensed premises is a listed live music and performance venue if the licensed premises—
> >
> > > (a) is one or more of the following—
> > >
> > > > (i) a live music venue,
> > >
> > > > (ii) a live performance venue,
> > >
> > > > (iii) a special entertainment precinct venue,
> > >
> > > > (iv) an incentivised event venue, and
> >
> > > (b) is on a list of venues—

> > > > (ii) published on an appropriate government website.
