#### 130L Special entertainment precinct venues and incentivised event venues 130L Special entertainment precinct venues and incentivised event venues > > (1) This section applies to— > > > > > (a) a special entertainment precinct venue, or > > > > > (b) an incentivised event venue. > > > (2) The trading period for the venue is extended by 1 hour after the time that would otherwise apply to the venue under— > > > > > (a) section 12, or > > > > > (b) an extended trading authorisation. > > > (3) The 1-hour extension does not apply to the venue unless— > > > > > (a) the development consent for the venue permits the extended trading hours, and > > > > > (b) for an incentivised event venue—the relevant event is held in conjunction with the incentivised event. > > > (4) The licensee must ensure that, in any month in which the venue trades during the 1-hour extension, at least 10 relevant events are held at the venue during the month. > > **s 130L:** Ins 2025 No 73, Sch 1\[36\].
