130J Definition
> In this division—
>
> relevant event means a live music performance or other arts and cultural event meeting the following criteria—
>
> > (a) the performance or event is of a duration of 45 minutes or more,
>
> > (b) the performance or event is held after—
> >
> > > (i) for a Saturday or Sunday—midday, or
> >
> > > (ii) otherwise—6pm.
