130H Special entertainment precinct venues
130H Special entertainment precinct venues
For this Act, a venue is a special entertainment precinct venue if—
(a) the venue is located in a special entertainment precinct, and
(b) live music performances or other arts and cultural events—
(i) are held at the venue, or
(ii) are intended to be held at the venue and the Secretary has been notified of the intention.
