130E Powers of Secretary—Aerotropolis
> > (1) This section applies to licensed premises on land surrounding Western Sydney Airport if the land is prescribed by the regulations.
>
> > (2) The Secretary may decide the following despite another provision of this Act—
> >
> > > (a) the trading hours for the licensed premises,
> >
> > > (b) the restricted trading days, if any, for the licensed premises,
> >
> > > (c) whether section 11A applies to the licensed premises.

> > Note—
> >
> > This section does not affect gaming machine shutdowns under the [Gaming Machines Act 2001](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2001-127).
>
> > (3) The Authority must give effect to a decision of the Secretary as soon as practicable after being notified of the decision.
>
> > (4) A decision of the Secretary may apply to—
> >
> > > (a) particular licensed premises, or
> >
> > > (b) to all or a class of licensed premises.
>
> > (5) In this section—
> >
> > Western Sydney Airport means the land comprising the Sydney West Airport as determined in accordance with the [Airports Act 1996](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth and the regulations under that Act.
