#### 114H Restrictions on same day deliveries 114H Restrictions on same day deliveries > A same day delivery provider must not, as part of a same day delivery, supply liquor if the liquor— > > > (a) is stored for sale at premises within New South Wales, and > > > (b) is not sold under a licence. > > Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. > > Note. > > The operation of this provision does not affect the operation of other provisions in this Act that may require a person to obtain a liquor licence to sell liquor in New South Wales. > > **ss 114E–114H:** Ins 2020 No 40, Sch 3.1\[7\].
