#### 106 Delivery of liquor from unlicensed premises 106 Delivery of liquor from unlicensed premises > > (1) A person must not— > > > > > (a) indicate or state, by way of an advertisement or any other manner, that the person will, or is prepared to, accept orders from, or act as agent for, another person for the purchase, supply or delivery of liquor, and > > > > > (b) deliver liquor ordered by another person, or obtained by the person as agent for another person, from premises that are not licensed premises. > > > > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months, or both. > > > (2) A person does not commit an offence under this section if the person is the subject of an order in writing by the Authority exempting the person from the operation of this section.
