sec.8 Application for approval of standard
A person may apply to the chief executive (environment) to approve a standard under this division. The application must— be made in the approved form; and give the information necessary to enable the chief executive (environment) to decide the application. The chief executive (environment) may give the person a written notice asking the person to give to the chief executive (environment), in the reasonable period stated in the notice, further information the chief executive (environment) reasonably considers necessary to decide the application. (sec.8-ssec.1) A person may apply to the chief executive (environment) to approve a standard under this division. (sec.8-ssec.2) The application must— be made in the approved form; and give the information necessary to enable the chief executive (environment) to decide the application. (sec.8-ssec.3) The chief executive (environment) may give the person a written notice asking the person to give to the chief executive (environment), in the reasonable period stated in the notice, further information the chief executive (environment) reasonably considers necessary to decide the application.
