#### 47 Exemption from suit—relevant fuel industry corporations and relevant persons (1) No action or proceeding lies against a relevant fuel industry corporation for, or in relation to, a breach of a contract entered into between that corporation and another person where, but for compliance by the corporation with a direction under Part II or III, the act or omission that is alleged to constitute the breach would not have occurred. (2) No action or proceeding lies against a relevant person for, or in relation to, breach of a contract entered into between that relevant person and another person where, but for compliance by the relevant person with a direction under Part II or III, the act or omission that is alleged to constitute the breach would not have occurred. (3) Nothing in this section shall be taken to affect a right to compensation conferred upon a person by section 45.
