#### 29A Authorised persons to carry and produce identity cards Authorised person must carry card (1) An authorised person must carry his or her identity card at all times when exercising powers as an authorised person. Authorised person must produce card on request (2) An authorised person is not entitled to exercise any powers under this Part in relation to land or premises or a vehicle, ship or aircraft if: (a) the owner or occupier of the land or premises, or the owner or person in charge of the vehicle, ship or aircraft, has requested the authorised person to produce the authorised person’s identity card for inspection by the person making the request; and (b) the authorised person fails to comply with the request.
