13 Indemnity
(1) The Commonwealth shall pay to a State the amount of any damages or costs paid or incurred by the State in or in connection with any action or proceeding arising out of an act or thing done or omitted to be done by the State in pursuance of the scheme in relation to the State for the purposes of this Act. (2) Sections 10, 11 and 12 do not apply to or in relation to a payment made in pursuance of this section.
