#### 12 Protection from actions An action or other civil proceeding shall not be maintainable against the Authority, a member of the Authority, the Minister or any officer of the Authority or the Commonwealth, by reason of any act, default, error, or omission, whether negligent or otherwise in relation to, or by reason of any defect in, a marine navigational aid established or maintained by the Authority.
