11.01Fee for inspection or copying of documents

#### 11.01 Fee for inspection or copying of documents (1) For the purposes of subsection 243(2) of the Act, a fee of $10 is prescribed as the fee to inspect a financial statement or an annual statistical return given to APRA under subsection 118(2) of the Act. (2) Subject to subregulation (3), for the purposes of that subsection, a fee of $1 a page is prescribed as the fee for copying the whole, or part of, a document referred to in subregulation (1). (3) In relation to a particular request to copy documents of a company in respect of a financial year, if the fee payable under subregulation (2) would exceed $60, the maximum fee payable for that copying is $60.
