#### 87 Notification of appointment etc. of auditor (1) When a life company appoints a person as an auditor of the company, the company must give APRA written notice of: (a) the name of the person; and (b) the date of the appointment; and (c) any other matter specified in the prudential standards. (2) Notice under subsection (1) must be given within 14 days after the day of the appointment. (3) If a person ceases to be the principal auditor of a life company, the company must give APRA written notice that the person has so ceased and of the day on which he or she so ceased. (4) Notice under subsection (3) must be given within 14 days after the day on which the person ceased to be the principal auditor of the company.
