#### 33 Notice to APRA when fund established (1) Whenever a life company establishes a statutory fund otherwise than under an approval given under section 52, the company must give APRA notice of: (a) the establishment of the fund; and (b) the date on which the fund was established; and (c) the nature of the life insurance business of the company to which the fund relates; and (d) such other matters as are prescribed by the regulations. (2) The notice must be given in accordance with section 8A. (3) The notice must be given on or before: (a) the time prescribed in relation to the notice by regulations made for the purposes of this paragraph; or (b) if no time is prescribed—the end of 14 days after the date the fund was established.
