#### 246 Principal executive officer (1) The principal executive officer of a life company, for the purposes of this Act, is the person nominated for the purposes of section 20. (4) A life company may, at any time, give APRA written notice specifying a person who is to be the principal executive officer of the life company for the purposes of this Act. (5) On the giving by a life company of a notice under subsection (4), the person specified in the notice becomes the principal executive officer of the life company for the purposes of this Act.
