#### 206 Application of Division (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Division applies to all policies. (2) This Division does not apply to policies declared by the regulations to be excluded from the operation of this Division. (3) The regulations may provide that this Division applies to a class of policies subject to specified modifications. If such provision is made, this Division applies to the class of policies accordingly.
