#### 161E Moratorium—effect of judicial management on annual general meeting (1) This section applies to a life company that is required under section 250N or section 601BR of the Corporations Act 2001 to hold an annual general meeting within a particular period. (2) Despite section 250N and section 601BR of that Act, if the life company is under judicial management at the end of that period, the life company need not hold that annual general meeting. (3) To avoid doubt, subsection (2) does not apply if only part of the business of the life company is under judicial management.
