#### 152 Interpretation In this Division: > body concerned means: (a) in relation to records—the body corporate by which, or for which, the records are kept; and (b) in relation to the execution of a warrant—the body corporate to whose records the warrant relates. > executing officer, in relation to a warrant, means: (a) a person named in the warrant as a person authorised to do the acts set out in subsection 144(3); or (b) a person assisting a person referred to in paragraph (a). > warrant means a warrant under section 144.
