#### 143 Application for warrant to seize records not produced (1) If: (a) the Regulator is investigating, or has decided to investigate, business of a body corporate; and (b) the Regulator has reasonable grounds for suspecting that there are, or may be within the next 3 days, on particular premises records: (i) whose production has been required under this Division; and (ii) that have not been produced in compliance with that requirement; the Regulator may: (c) lay before a magistrate an information or complaint on oath setting out those grounds; and (d) apply for the issue of a warrant to search the premises for those records. (2) On an application under this section, the magistrate may require further information to be given, either orally or by affidavit, in connection with the application.
