#### 140 Access to premises for purposes of investigation If the Regulator has reasonable grounds for believing that it is necessary to enter premises for the purposes of an investigation of business of a body corporate, an authorised person, with such assistance as is necessary and reasonable, may, at any reasonable time, enter the premises and: (a) inspect any record found on the premises that the authorised person believes on reasonable grounds to relate to the affairs of the body corporate; and (b) take extracts from, or make copies of, any such record.
