#### 138 Investigation of associated body corporate If: (a) the Regulator has decided under section 137 to investigate business of a body corporate (the first body) that is a life company or a registered NOHC; and (b) another body corporate (the associated body) is, or at some relevant time has been, associated with the first body; and (c) the Regulator believes on reasonable grounds that it is necessary for the purposes of the investigation to investigate all or any part of the business of the associated body; the Regulator may investigate all or any part of that business.
